What data we process

• Account data: your phone number (used to sign in with an SMS code), your name and, optionally, a profile photo.
• Requests and routes: pick-up and destination addresses, the date, the number of passengers or a description of the load; for carriers, the areas covered, the vehicle and the schedule.
• Location: GPS position during an active trip, so the customer and their family can follow the journey.
• Identity verification (carriers): an identity document and a photo, processed by our verification provider.
• Payments: the data needed to process escrow payments, handled by our payment-processing partner. We do not store card details.
• Messages and reviews: chat conversations and the reviews left after trips.
• Usage data: browsing statistics through Google Analytics, only if you have consented (see Cookies).

Why we process it

• To provide the service: posting requests, sending offers, chat, trip tracking (performance of a contract).
• For user safety and fraud prevention (legitimate interest).
• For accounting and tax obligations related to payments (legal obligation).
• For usage statistics, only with your consent.

Who we share it with

We use providers that process data on our behalf: hosting and database, maps and route calculation, sending SMS codes and notifications, identity verification, payment processing, error reporting, voice-message transcription and traffic analytics. The chosen carrier sees the customer's contact details only after the offer is accepted.

How long we keep it

• Inactive GPS positions: deleted after 90 days.
• Chat messages: the content is deleted after 6 months.
• Account data: until the account is closed or a deletion request is made. On request, personal data is anonymised; we keep only the financial and dispute records required by law (see Account deletion).

Your rights

You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection, and the right to withdraw your consent at any time. You can close your account directly from the app settings or request deletion of your data by following the steps on the Account deletion page. For other requests, write to us from the contact page. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Romanian data protection authority (ANSPDCP, dataprotection.ro) or with the data protection authority in the country where you live.
